Dear colleagues!

Within the ongoing project “The International Symposium: The Way, the truth and the life” an international scientific conference “Human personality, Religion and Society in time of World Crisis» was held during the days of the 2nd and the 3th of October. The conference was organized by the Scientific Biblical center “APOLOGET” and the University of Management, Economy and Business (Kursk). The Conference was held on the campus of the University of Management, Economy and Business. It was the logical outcome after the conferences «Challenge of Postmodernism: Is there a proper answer?», “«A Man and Society of the 21st century. Ideas and Ideals», “Time and eternity in science, religion and culture” “Family, Parenting, Moral and Culture in the context of Globalism” which was held in our city in 2005-2008.

The University of Management, Economy and Business (Kursk) hosted teachers and professors from Kursk, Moscow, Petersburg, Tambov (Russia), Kiev, Lugansk (Ukraine), Minneapolis and Louisville (USA).

The conference was opened by Dr. Galina Okorokova, who is the president of the Kursk University of Management, Economy and Business.

More than seventy speakers with scientific degrees in philosophy, pedagogic, sociology, medicine, philology, psychology, history, physics and mathematics, arts, geography, technology, theology  participated with presentations in this conference.
